Apartment Review for The Colony At Fashion Island - Newport Beach, CA

The Colony is a very beautiful small apartment community located in the heart of Fashion Island in Newport Beach. It's next to everything and is veyr quiet during the evening. The rent is very high but its in NB so what do you expect? However, if you are planning to run an office at home then please be sure that you don't end up anywhere near the unit on the second floor that faces the Pacific Life building. This is the building that is closer to Newport Center Drive. There is a great deal of activity going on during the day in that unit. There are lots of sleazy girls coming and going to be part of a porno website called KARADAVIS.COM I believe that running a porno business within a residential apartment community is against the law but who knows in this immoral day and age. Anyway, I had to listen to squeeling and moose calls all day while trying to work. Everytime I would knock on the door to tell them to shut up they will not answer it and pretend to not be home. I've reported this to the management but nothing was done. I think maybe there is some kick back going on here. My next step will be to contact the NB Police Department to complain about the noise. If you want to run a porn business then rent a warehouse out in the valley like everybody else or do it in your own single family home. This kind of garbage does not belong in an apartment building in NB! SCUM SCUM SCUM!!!
