I love it here. It is charming, and very quite. There arent any college punks around, just very courteous and repectful neighbors. The landscaping is perfect, and I have my own front yard and back patio. I just transfered into a remodeled suite that has beautiful hardwood flooring and crown molding...very elegant. The manager is a sweetheart and very proffesional, she always follows up very quickly.I would give Sandpointe Cove a 10! Sincerely, Happy Resident for 6 Years  Need to rent an apartment?
