Apartment Review for Sandpointe Cove - Newport Beach, CA

OMG!!! Living here WAS like living on cloud 9. Until the new manager took over. Her name is Karina and she is soooo lazy and stupid. She's put 5 letters out on parking and each one contradicts the other. There is NO guest parking and cars in carports that haven't been moved in over a month. She said a month ago that the fences would be painted...they're not! She tells tenants what they want to hear. She is a liar. She is manipulative,sneaky, and pits residents against eachother. and she gossips about things she shouldn't...what people pay for rent, and who got evicted from their last complex. She's BAD NEWS! The only reason she lives here is because she works here. She's too stupid to get a job doing something else that would pay her enough money to afford living here! She should/needs to be FIRED!!! If she stays the residents will slowly start to move out. I'm moving soon and it's because of her!!!!
