Apartment Review for Sandpointe Cove - Newport Beach, CA

Been there for over 2 years. Managers don't care who moves in, in fact E1 has 4 people living there (yeah, I said it), which makes me wonder where they all park. People screaming all the time at 4 AM. Used to be cool...now a dump. Hopefully they are getting state dollars like the 2 low rent complexes next door. Especially since those peoples are always in our pool. Don't live here. The yards used to be nice and grassy, now they are dirt piles. All the nice flowers and plants that used to be here are now gone. We moved out to West Newport, which is supposed to be a nightmare for noise, parties, etc. But it is actually quieter and doesn't have all the 909'ers living there. Hope this helps.
