Apartment Review for Sandpointe Cove - Newport Beach, CA

What a difference from when we moved in (early 2005). There have been 4 managers...enough said. Parking is a constant problem especially when the complex is full, because there are not enough spaces for all the residents. To make matters worse, the management or towing company does not regularly check the parked cars. The manager is grumpy and snotty. Used to be great, the place was newly remodeled and parking was not so bad. The only good thing that can be said is that the maintenance is great and the yards are nice.
