Apartment Review for 1000 Parknewport - Newport Beach, CA

The following is what this apartment complex did to my roommates and I: 1. They gave my designated parking space to another tenant and it took my threatening the security staff to have it towed for a week before anything was done. 2. They allowed mold to grow in our townhome and did nothing to fix it, causing one of my roommates to become ill. 3. Finally, and most important, they are charging us $1,567 for damages and move out costs. This is outrageous and unfounded. They chose to replace the entire carpet and repaint everything. Also, the administration staff is rude and unprofessional at best. I would never recommend anyone more into this complex unless they wanna go into debt if they ever moved out.
