This has to be one of the loudest places I have even been too. Dogs park all night long, drunk students wonder the hall shouting 'till dawn and the walls and windows are so thin it wont make a difference if try and shut it all out. If you actually need to sleep, study or would otherwise like to have a thought without animals noises then this is the place for you.  Need to rent an apartment?
