Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

This has gots to be the worst apartmente ever. From day one, there was water leaking in the bathroom. We told the staff, they checked our toilet. On our 9th day, the bathroom was flooded. My girlfriend told management, they expected us to clean it. We called emergency number, and they ripped up a bunch of carpet and the wood crap that holds down the carpet was all moldy. Mushrooms growing in the carpet. And I have a pet who actually ate one of them. He was only 10 weeks also. So then they actually expect me to stay there and to pay for that time when we couldn't een live there.

I will say that there is plenty of parking. They do have a huge parking garage on both sides of the apartment complex. The hourly staff is fairly nice. Managers, i didn't really care for them. Can't trust them as they all say differant things.

The pools are also nice and the weight room is nice as well.

All i can say is watch for water and flooding if you are on the bottom floor.
