Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

As you can see from my rating, staying at Coronado was not a good experience. Parking was always a problem. Security gates did not work. Be prepared that management will never return your calls. After 12-month contract our toilet was still leaking, garbage disposal did not work, mold was growing everywhere despite regular cleaning. Most amuzing, many apartments have termites, and management would not do anyting about it. So say goodbye to your furniture. Majority of tenants are young kids who need to have fun at any time of the day. There is nothing wrong with that, but just be prepared for very noisy dormitory-like environment. Good luck.
