Apartment Review for Newport North Apartments - Newport Beach, CA

After several complaints about the parties taking place well after 10:00pm in the swimming pool at Mallorca and Valencia, I finally gave up and had to go discuss with the teenagers myself. Why does the management think this is not important? How many times do I have to call the "courtesy patrol"? I would not recommend apartments close to the swimming pools; management just doesn't care about the noise. It is just too difficult for them to lock these facilities when they committed to do so.
