Apartment Review for Newport Crest Apartments - Newport Beach, CA

These appear to be cute little apartments near the beach, but once you move in you realize that its only a facade. There is a car wash next door that starts early in the morning and is very loud. The complex is small, and there is only one space per apt. If you have two cars, you have to park four blocks away in a not-so-nice area. The on-site manager is never avaible (home or phone). The neighbors are young and LOUD, top and bottom floors, especially at night. They have loud friends over at all hours. The apartments themselves are small - one tiny closet, and I've already had appliance problems, despite that they are new. In all, they look nice, but once you spend some time there you realize that a fresh coat of paint and some new appliances can't cover up the real problems.
