Very bad management

We lived there for 3 months...The apartment was very bad, fleas everywhere, people smoking pot all day...we used it as a storage, we where never there and at the end of the 3 months lease they ask us money for painting! They gave us what was left of the deposit after 1 year...  Need to rent an apartment?
