Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

This is the worst place i've ever lived! I am a neat freak and i have cockroaches and mgmnt wont do anything about it even though the roaches lived there before me! the bathroom is so dirty that i've been cleaning it with bleach and CLR twice a week and i still refuse to take a bath in my tub. GROSS. the property sucks, i feel like i live in the ghetto. the price of rent to too much and the north side isnt much better. also there's a person convicted of a sexual crime living in this complex that i didnt find out until i moved in. i think im just going to pay the fee to leave my lease early.
