Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

This property have an unbeatable cat flea problem. And the office does not respond to the problem effectively. I had to struggle with flea bites for 3 months and moved out as soon as the lease expired with numerous flea bite scars. They charged $210 for moving out cleaning fee despite the fact that I spent 5months (out of 7months lease term) at friend's place because of flea problem. I even vacuumed, scrubbed bath tub, fill the nail holes, cleaned toilet and kitchen sink. DON'T BE FOOLED BY SWIMMING POOLS Actual living condition is bad.
