Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

If you are a half decent person, I am begging you...DO NOT sign a lease here. Keep reading the reviews. This is THE worst property and apartment rentals not just in US but in the world. The management falls way below just “poor management”. For the last 2 years they have been Upgrading their fitness center and they haven’t done anything and I mean anything yet! That's the least of the problems here. They love to lease to criminals, drug addicts, thieves, psychos, trouble kids w/ bad history, and ex convicts which are probably the only tenants that give this place an average rating. The poor conditions, management, maintenance in addition to everything else should be published in a book called “worst places to rent”. My lease is up in less than 3 months. I am counting days/hours to leave this place for good. Be afraid.
