Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

I was in a 1 bedroom on the end. Aparently a sprinkler was leaking in the ground outside and caused extra moisture in the apartment. My closet filled with mold. It can't be removed from leather jackets, shoes or purses without expensive cleaning fees. Even the grips on my golf clubs were covered. The complex moved me, or moved my lease I had to move myself again, to another apartment across the complex. There I had more mold. The complex never offered any help of funds to clean or repair my things. They never responded to letters or would even discuss with me when I went to the office. Once my lease was up, I was out. I do not recomend this complex to anyone. The management are straight up RUDE. They roll eyes and dish out plenty of attitude. My friend also lived there a while back and his car was burnt down by maintenance. Aparently there was a cigarette fire in a part of the parking structure that maintenance uses for storage of paint, mattresses and any other junk they can't find a place for. The complex refused responsibility and would not offer any compansation. I was not surprised to find these reviews when I came across this website.
