Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

like the last person commented: i am counting the days till my lease is up....and i've been counting them since right after i moved in.

it's all lies here: my apt was supposed to have a murphy bed but when i moved in it didn't and they said it was a computer error, too bad....i was told that the fitness center would be finished by the beginning of the new year (jan 07) and i've barely seen work done on it, they claim that no one should've told me a date....hot tub jets broke and it took them about 2 months to fix it, meanwhile it got extremely dirty with this black mold creeping from the suction.....i get noise complaints for playing music on my laptop at 1/4 of the total volume.....they lock the laundry rooms with your clothes in it and then don't open the room up on time, even 1.5 hrs after it's supposed to open.... the list just goes on and on. all they want to do is sell you the lease so they'll say whatever they think you want to hear, lies lies lies....once you sign the lease they could care less about you after that.

bottom line - i would NEVER rent from this complex or any other URDT property ever again!!!!!!!!!!!!!
