Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

From Day #1 - my experience here was a faux sense of satisfaction from being close to the beach. 1st experience: day before moving in, I get a call at 2:30pm... manager saying my apartment will not be "ready" for one more week (post-lease signing and post-deposit check). Rather than ragging on and on, I agree with all the other comments in this review, except for the one's who approve this complex. The management will lie straight to your face and go around every issue they can while avoiding any moral obligation until the tenants just give up the fight due to exhaustion!!!! If you feel like being taken advantage of and never being considered anything more than another tenant, then live here!!!!! I had my car towed!!!! I got locked out of my apartment and the "business center" said the phones are not for tenants!!! I'll spare you the rest... just think twice. Oh, the small deposit is just a way to suck you in! You wont get it back, and you'll probably have to pay more once you've moved out.
