This place was the biggest nightmare of a lifetime. There are severe termite, ant and other bug problems at the complex and the manager will lie to your face claiming to have scheduled for bug inspection when she has not schedule, keeping you waiting around your apt. for hours wasting time. The head manager is the biggest psychotic, compulsive lying Bi*Tc* that I've literally ever encountered in what should be a professional environment. There's endless crime at the complex. Many cars are broken into and vandalized and 4+ motorcycles were stolen in one night. Cops frequently attend the complex and know it all too well. Someone got shot there a few months ago. The high school across the street has an obnoxious band that plays at 7:00 a.m. from September-December each year and some evenings. There are also somewhat regularly fairs and other events going on at the school that can be loud. The company treats tenants like dirt and they shut the water off for 8 hours/day a few times per week for months without offering any type of compensation to tenants.
