Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

This appartment is poorly ventilated, smells of mildew, feels boxy. The service is absolutely terrible as all maintainance requests are ignored. The staff there have a way of smiling at your (sir you are a moron) as you desperately seek out help from anything from a broken electric outlet to a leaking dishwasher. The parking situation is a nightmare as it is either completely full, or are forced to walk an entire block just to get to your building. Try doing this several times with groceries. There is a significant several year old flea infestation problem across the grounds that has gone entirely unresolved. Constant construction occuring right outside your window from 9 am to 6-7 at night every day except sunday. The administrative staff is poorly trained if trained at all, offers far less than a bare minimum of service and leaves you feeling plain horrible. DO NOT LET THEM FOOL YOU with their first visit, clean suit and white smile appearance, because from the moment you sign that lease, you become subject to the worst possible living conditions. I've had better housing experiences when camping out in the wild! On a final note, the building is so poorly designed that the Air Conditioner is incredibly innefective. I was forced to sleep directly underneath it on full blast to even begin sleeping in summer time. I give this appartment complex is flat 0 out of 10 for reasons not even mentioned yet in this review. Please take this warning for what it is; A disgruntled customer whom finaly managed to escape the bonds of a lease after 6 months of nightmare.
