Sales staff will tell you anything to bring you into their web. Then, suck the life out of you. It's known as "bait and switch" technique. Used only by this corporation that owns a couple of rental complexes here. We've lived here a few months, but regreted this from our first week here. Read everything carefully and PLEASE, PLEASE get those promises in writing. I'ed leave my name, but I would fear for my life.  Need to rent an apartment?
