Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

I am a professional individual who has rented for a number of years. This is the worst place I have ever rented in my entire life. The management behaves like robots and constantly gives the runaround for any requests. There is constant noise from drunk kids, parties, druggies, and whatever kind of trash they allow to lease for this property. I sleep with a loud fan as well as my air conditioner full blast and there are still illegal fireworks that go off, drunk people screaming, partying and yelling at least 2 of the weeknights and absolutely every weekend until 2am. I have sent complaints during the week (I don't call on weekends, since I can sleep in) and security will tell the renter to be quiet and the same thing occurs the next night. Because of the noise, I asked to be transferred to a different apartment and was denied since I paid my rent late once last year. If you break the lease, they charge you $1800, so I am stuck here until the end of this year. I can not wait to leave. Do not EVER rent at this property.
