Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport South - Newport Beach, CA

This place ruined my life! My mom and I moved in March of 06 from Colorado We thought it was a good price for the area. Well it wasn't! As previously noted in other reviews from other tenants, I also was told I would be charged for the phone line. They only had one security guard who would drink beer with all the young people. A girl was raped two doors down and they still don't lock the gates. There were people who would say nasty things to me and management (expecially, Raven) wouldn't do anything. Not to mention all of the days they would shut off the water. Also, there was a murder/suicide in the parking lot and there was blood all over my white car!

Also, my mom signed a roommate release form, so she could get out of there and Raven didn't give her a copy. It has ruined my relationship with my mom, because now the eviction is on her credit report! I told them I was leaving and they said they would have to charge for breaking a lease, but then we got nasty letters informing us that we were being served eviction notices. I turned in all equipment and they charged us for the equipment (remotes, etc), anyway.

We request that you delete this erroneous debt from all three credit bureaus, or we will have to take legal action against you with the Attorney General's assistance.
