Dogs and forged lease

They allow dogs here but the place is becoming a dog kennel. They do nothing if you complain about barking dogs. You have to call city animal control. Be sure to hire a lawyer before you move in. If you sign their lease, they may change the terms of the lease later and forge your name to the new lease. It happened to me.  Need to rent an apartment?
