Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

1) Security, I feel safe because I am a guy but I know plenty of girls that do not feel safe living here. There has been a bank robbery across the street that led the robber into coronado. The police chased him in and found a dead body on a balcony that was unrealted to the robbery. There was a shooting a couple months agao that led to a death and thier are cop cars up and down this place all the time. BUNCH OF KIDS HERE. Last 4th of July someone threw a 4 cushion couch off the top floor. 2) Parking is good but there are plenty of inconsiderate people that will double park and leave you on the street. The gate to the structure has been broken several times since I have been here.

3)Apperance is ok with the exception of the filthy hallways, mail areas, trash areas. They have been heaps of garbage that are left in open view for months! Not an exageration. 4)Management? I dont think so. They have a group of insecure adolesents working here. They are horrible at responding positively and the apartment manager would not even be a good choice to manage a pumpkin farm! The accountant is a real horrible person. THEY WILL ATTEMP TO OVER CHARGE YOU FOR UTILITIES! Watch out!! 5)Maintainance, there is a tree here that has huge dead/broken braches that are ready to fall on someones head. Trash everywhere. Ducks in the pool. They recently painted the doorways in the hall and left the borders of the actual door unpainted so I have a red door with a green outline. 6) The apartment itself is small and not impressive. 7) NOISE! It is more noisy here than not. The one good thing is that they will kick someone out after a couple months of complaints. 8) OVERALL YOU ARE BETTER OFF PAYING SOMEONE TO LIVE IN THIER CAR. This place is a complete hellhole and would not wish it on my worst enemy.
