Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

You think it's a nice apartment complex and nice newer apartments, but the staff is the worst. They are so bad it makes me want to move, even though my apartment is nice. They don't know what they're talking about so they'll tell you one thing then you get a bill for another. My clothes were locked in the laundry room overnight because it closed even though they told me it was open during that time...the workout classes I took were canceled even though they advertised "free classes"...the business center that was supposed to be open 24 hrs closed at night as soon as I moved in...the parking facility construction lasted months longer than it was supposed to...i had someone else's toilet waste coming into my bathtub and they told me to clean it myself. Finally after harassing them for a week straight they cleaned it...The cable bill doubled and when I questioned the cable company they said my building manager was supposed to notify me of the change - do you think they did?...they told me I needed get a money order for my rent check because it was 2 days after the 1st, but then when I brought my lease out which stated I didnt' need a money order until the 6th day, they just laughed and said "whoops, I didn't know about that." Basically I hate them. They are idiots and I hate paying rent to them every month because I get ZERO service in return and they still find new ways to ruin something every month.
