Apartment Review for Baypoint - Newport Beach, CA

Very high turn-over in the leasing office. Rarely get someone good, with any customer service skills whatsoever. Most of them just defend why you are being over-charged. I just did an on-site transfer because my rent was raised $200 because they are "upgrading" finally to granite, wood, etc. While the upgrades are nice, it's not worth an extra 200/month. Worse, I was charged a $75 cleaning fee, even though they GUTTED my old place. I was told it was for the bathrooms, (which were also gutted), and for the parts of the kitchen they didn't "do stuff" to. I think this is a completely BOGUS charge. I'm also being charged $25 for nail holes that I already filled.
