Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

If you don't want your needs met, or any work orders (such as fixing your toilet) to get accomplished this is the place for you. The staff seems to lead you to believe that they will help you--yet nothing gets done. The complex is very noisy and I am stuck next to a person who is constantly drunk and blasts her music through the wall pretty much every night (between midnight and 3am), yet security won't do anything about it. The apartment common areas are well kept, but everything in my apartment is falling apart. There are constant parties, which is fine unless you have a full time job. This is not worth 1300 a month.
