Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

Where do I begin, lets start with the domestic disturbance neighbors and cops showing up at 2am; suspect in the property with a gun (police helicopter hovering above); Younger tenants not respecting property trashed and damaged my property on my patio (complex did nothing!); 2 major water leaks in 6 months (complex annoyed that they had to come back to clean up); total frat parties at the pool (garbage all around & leaving cigaretes where ever); dog poop everywhere (even though complex has baggies & designated trash area). Cant belive I left NYC for this dump!!
