Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

If you like plumbing leaks, loud neighbors, broken elevators, and rude management staff, then this is the place for you. The upside is that it does have a great pool and spa. I had an "upgraded" unit, but the cabinets looked like they were made at the dollar store. My ceiling leaked from the bath above the first couple of weeks moving in. My bathroom flooded the aparment under me several times. My neighbor below me let me look around, she had mushrooms growing in her carpet. There is also dog poo all over the yard because people don't scoop after their pets. It takes a couple of days for the maintenance staff to respond. Would not recomend my worst enemy living here.
