Apartment Review for Coronado At Newport North - Newport Beach, CA

I lived at Coronado for 2 1/2 years. It is extremely noisy and residents party all night and blast their stereos. There is one patrol guy who takes about an hour to respond to a complaint. Coronado have an after-hours service that is very rude to you when you call about noise. If you are 21 and want to party yes this is a great social place. However, if not, do not even think about it. There are a lot of crazy people at night and I was threatened by a steroid guy one night who was beating up his girlfriend and screaming at her. One other warning. After your lease is up they will start raising the rent considerably. Also, when we moved out we were 5 days late paying our final rent and they sent us straight to a credit company. Now we are renting a house for the same price as our apartment. Coronado is a distant nightmare. Jason
