Elevators too small to move a standard counch in; Management/Leasing is HORRIBLE and unreasonable; they are the most unfriendly and incompetent staff. Maintenance fixes what they can in the units and ignore what they don't want to fix or replace. Noice level is unbearable depending upon your building. Least amount of rent = most amount of troublesome tenants. Moving is a real pain here with antiquated elevators. Vacancies are very high and yet they continue to pass along rent increases to long term, on-time rent payers. Definitely the value is not worth the price.
